We, ABNY, act solely as a travel agent and booking intermediary. We do not own, operate, manage, or provide any airline, hotel, resort, homestay, guest house, or accommodation facilities.
All travel bookings are made through IATA-approved B2B travel partners and other authorized travel suppliers. The travel services you purchase are provided directly by the respective airline, hotel, tour operator, transport provider, or other supplier, each of whom is solely responsible for the delivery and performance of their services.
Our role is limited to facilitating your booking and providing customer support in relation to your reservation. We do not accommodate, host, sponsor, or provide lodging for travelers.
Under no circumstances shall our email address, phone number, registered office address, or any other contact details be used as an accommodation address, local address proof, sponsor/contact reference, or for any visa application, FRRO registration, immigration, police verification, residential verification, or any other statutory or regulatory purpose.
ABNY acts solely as an independent travel intermediary facilitating bookings through IATA-approved B2B travel partners and authorized travel providers. We neither own, lease, manage, operate, nor provide any accommodation facilities, and we do not host, sponsor, or assume custody of any traveler. All legal obligations relating to accommodation remain solely with the respective accommodation provider.
By confirming a booking through our agency, you acknowledge that all travel services are subject to the terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and rules of the respective travel service provider. While we will make every reasonable effort to assist our customers, we shall not be liable for any loss, delay, cancellation, overbooking, schedule change, denial of boarding, force majeure event, or other failure arising from third-party travel suppliers, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, travel documents, health certificates, travel insurance (where applicable), and comply with all immigration, customs, foreign exchange, security, and entry requirements applicable to their destination.
Customer Acknowledgement & Acceptance
By submitting a booking request, enquiry, payment, itinerary confirmation, online form, or by providing any personal information or travel details to ABNY through our website, email, WhatsApp, telephone, mobile application, social media platforms, or any other communication channel, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Disclaimer and the applicable Booking Terms & Conditions.
- You shall not use, submit, mention, or represent ABNY's name, email address, phone number, registered office address, or any other contact information as your accommodation address, local address, residential address, sponsor, guarantor, host, inviter, or immigration contact for any legal, governmental, or regulatory purpose.
Any such use without our prior written authorization shall be entirely at your own risk and shall not create any legal obligation, responsibility, or liability on the part of ABNY.
You understand that ABNY does not provide accommodation, lodging, or hosting services, and no booking made through ABNY shall be interpreted as creating any landlord-tenant, host-guest, sponsorship, residency, or custodial relationship between ABNY and any traveler.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ABNY, its directors, officers, employees, representatives, and affiliates from any claim, demand, penalty, notice, proceeding, loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense arising out of or related to your misuse of ABNY's contact details or your failure to comply with applicable travel, immigration, or accommodation laws.
By selecting the "I Agree" checkbox, submitting your booking request, or proceeding with payment, you confirm that this electronic acceptance shall constitute your legally binding agreement to this Disclaimer and shall have the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.
